This idea started with some vintage portraits I’ve been collecting and ended up as a comment on the heroic trait of keeping true to one’s self. That’s different than black and white thinking by the way (see last week). It’s one thing to “keep your eye on the prize” in spite of all distractions, quite another to drown out the voices of reason in the name of “resoluteness”.
My heroes know the difference.
It’s like a retro-Dali. Very cool.
Woo…i like it! so creative and interesting, congrats!
“Keeping true to one’s self” IS the most heroic trait one can have. Also very much like your collage approach to the subject.
I love you collage approach
I like the message behind your piece. And even without the explanation it’s a terrific composition.
Very creative! You conveyed a great message in an entertaining, appealing manner. Wonderful design!
